Same. A lot of hassle and much longer than I would’ve wanted, but they’ve paid me my 47k balance finally over the last few months.

Only did three initial deposits; all with a bonus, so don’t know how they work without, but I would strongly suggest declining any casino bonuses from them for your own sanity.

Second payout went smooth as well but the fees were a bit odd. As long as you rolling with smaller amounts the payout is fast but the bigger the amount the more hassle and delay. But chat and customer service is much better now
