    Sportsbook.ag Major Issue
I see they have a bad rating... I've had this account for a long time, and even though the payouts are very slow, I've never had an issue. I had over $50,000 in my account. I got $25,000 of it so far. Leaving my balance of around $25K.

I saw a $1,000 charge on a CC I don't regularly use and I disputed it, forgetting that I used it to make a deposit on Super Bowl Sunday.

I went to log into my SB account and it was locked because of the disputed charge. I contacted live support, they told me why... I needed to deposit the $1K back via bitcoin... OK no problem. I put the $$ into coinbase and now I'm ready to go.

Now, there is no live chat, the contact us button doesn't even work, and there is no way to make the deposit... any ideas what I should do???

Just forgo the $25k. Learn from it. Then deposit the $1k at a real book.

You won't get another penny. Doing a c har ge back is the worst thing you can do with a sportsbook. They will use that to void all winnings.

Sorry to see that. I had a high balance with sportsbook.com years ago and never had any issues. They sent me five-figure checks and had a lot of good perks. Even went to Brooke Burke's birthday party in NYC they had and met her. Ah the good ol' days

Does the contact us / or email work for anyone else? That is my real question. I can't even contact them...

Why did you make a $1,000 deposit if you had $25,000 in the account? Just for the 50% bonus? Usually books don't take too kindly to you taking bonuses while you have a significant balance. It's one thing if your average bet was $1,000 and you had $500 in the account or something. But why deposit $1,000 if you have $25,000 already? Why use a credit card when you understand/use bitcoin?

I don't think they will end up screwing you over but I suppose because of the ********** they could.

My CC was compromised like 5 years ago and I used it for a bovada deposit. Forgot one of the charges was to them. I paid them back right away and had no issues. I did not have a balance at the time though. Who knows what the outcome would have been if I did.

If you won, how was your balance down to 0? Care to explain that other than the obvious?

He deposited $1k for the Superbowl and ran it up to $50K. Then he cha rged back the $1k. He was able to withdraw $25k before they caught the cha rge back so he got lucky there. The other winnings will be voided and he will be blacklisted.

Yeah, I was under the impression he had $25,000 and deposited $1,000 while he had that balance. Now he said he had $0, deposited $1,000 and ran it to $50,000 and was able to withdraw $25,000. Then he ran into the issue with the cback.

If that's the case he should be glad he got $25,000 out when he clearly took a shot at them. Getting $25,000 from Sportsbook would take almost 2 months, though.

Pretty dumb to charge back when you have 25k left...

They may not know he charged back until a month later. If it was a month later he would have been able to get $25,000 out

It sounds like they are giving you the benefit of the doubt about the CB. If they have asked you to replace the deposit.

The email address FunnyB posted above should work fine.

If you can't get in contact with them and sort it out, you can submit a sportsbook complaint form and SBR should be able to get a managers attention for you. https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

I'd persevere yourself first though. If they have asked you to replace the deposit, you can be 99% confident they plan to honor your balance.

It sounds like it was an accident on his part but let’s just say he was a shot taker / scammer, dude...you won 50k and can’t let them have 1k back...

It's annoying that so many are posting replies without reading the original post.

Sounds like an honest mistake to me... I've done the same thing. Made a deposit with my CC and didn't recognize the charge... Fortunately I figured it out prior to going through with the charge back.

I'm surprised you were able to win that much there, I got booted pretty quick for making 'suposed' sharp bets, and my bets didn't even win.

                                        Good luck to you

Yes, this was an honest mistake. on SB Sunday my balance was down to $0 - it was all risked on the patriots. after the game i was up the $50K... got $25k out and left the other $25k in to play around with... then i didn't recognize the charge. disputed it, and they shut down the account. they closed their live chat, their phone number doesn't work...

anyways, i was able to get in contact with them via the email someone posted above, after a few emails back and forth they did indeed eventually deduct the $1,000 from my balance, and re-established my account with my winning funds in. it was quite the process / scare though. I was surprised, i never had an issue with them before... however, their method of communication is awful.

bottom line, i got the money in my account now and made a $5,000 max bitcoin withdrawal... let's see how it goes.

                                              Good luck to you
The confusion was he said he had $0. Then magically had $50,000. When he "had $0" he actually had $0 available in the account but $25,000 in pending wagers.

Anyways, glad to see they deducted the $1000 and will pay you out. For a D rated book they have been quite good. Even though, like you said, email is the only way to contact them.
