Hey Guys,
I am having a tiff with Betdsi at the moment. Please spare the name calling for depositing at Betdsi! Up to this point, they have always paid out in a timely fashion and have treated me well. Here's my situation. I received a $25 no deposit bonus for Thanksgiving. During that time, I made a deposit with them as well. When I made my deposit, I converted the freeplay into cash. I was going to withdrawal the cash, but when I went to do so, I couldn't because I had bonuses tied to my account. I contacted betdsi and they told me I didn't have to cash it out, but if I ran my account to $250, I would have to cash it out. Furthermore, I was told via live chat that I couldn't cash it out anyways because it was a minimum $125 cash out, which I can't find that in their rules anywhere. Last night, I was messing around in the casino, and of course, I hit a $1,600 royal flush. I contacted them this morning to see if I needed to withdraw the $250 since my account was "over the $250 mark." They told me that I could only cash out $250, the max for the freeplay. They told me that I lost all of the money from my deposit on 3/1. when I go through my history, my balance was NEVER zero on 3/1. Finally, on their website, I found this rule.
"BETDSI reserves the right to take away any bonus such as a free plays any time, without explanation. Cash Bonus funds can only be used in the SportsBook section. ... Any bonus money that has been converted from the bonus balance or from the BetPoints balance into the cash balance will not receive any BetPoints Rewards."
All of my bets have been receiving bet points, which led me to believe that this wasn't ALL money converted from a bonus balance. Some of my wager would receive bet points, others wouldn't. wouldn't that make sense since some of my wagers were from bonus money and others from my deposit money?
Had I been able to w/d the bonus money when I converted it into cash, I wouldn't be in this predicament. but like I said, I couldn't because I had to complete rollovers on my deposit. I would've also cashed it out had it not have been a "$125 minimum cashout." Which I only achieved this past week.
Has anyone else been in this situation before??? Thoughts? Advice?
