Depends how much u are depositing. Some books will not give u a 1st time Btc bonus if u don't load enough.

Betnow has 100% cash bonus for MM with just 5x RO. By no means are they an A Book, but they do pay promptly from my experience.

I went on their live chat, and it turned out I was not eligible. So I didn't get the code.
