    Pinnacle took away my winnings
    Hello,
I'm new here so i would like to say hi to everyone
I wanted to share my experience with pinnacle and hope i can get some help.
I've placed a bet on juventus vs atletico Madrid game yesterday and i won but i didn't get payed for few hours which is weird because usually bets are settled few minutes after the game ends.
So i contacted customers service and they were fast to respond "as always" and they fixed the issue and after 6 hours i got payed .
I wake up this morning and discover that they took away my winnings as if the bet was a push!
My actual bet was Dybala to score NO which he didn't the game ended 3,0 ronaldo scored all three goals .
I tried to contact customers service but no fast response this time.
I'm wondering if anyone has similar problems with similar type of bets and what should I do

    Thank you

Had a quick look at their rules.. It seems player has to start. Unlike other books. Rule 15.2. https://www.pinnacle.com/en/help/betting-rules#Soccer

        Pretty clear why OP.

Dybala was substituted in at the 67 min mark.

        Player Proposition:

        1. A proposition bet concerning if a player will score one or more goals, or not score, in a specific match includes regulation time (plus injury time) only. Own goals do not count.
        2. Player to Score at Any time and Hat-Trick propositions concerning a specific match: For wagers to have action the player must start the match (in the starting XI). Wagers on any player who does not start the match will be cancelled.
        3. First and Last Player to Score propositions concerning a specific match: For wagers to have action the player must take part in the match (in the starting XI or substituted in). Wagers on any player who does not take part in the match will be cancelled.
        4. First Player to Score propositions concerning a specific match: Wagers on players substituted in after the first goal is scored will be cancelled.
        5. Every effort will be made to quote First or Last Player to Score odds for all possible participants. However, if there is a goal scorer whose odds are not listed, all customer wagers will still have action (as long as they meet the criteria above).
        .

And on the flipside if you were taking "no" you'd want to bet at a book that considers any player who appears at any time in the game to be eligible. If your guy comes in the last 3 minutes there's a good chance he won't score! That's why we always need to read the rules at a sportsbook, especially when it comes to props. This happens to tennis bettors quite a bit also when it comes to retirements as each book has varying rules.

Pin rules seems the most logical here.

Would be crazy if you could bet NO for any player who doesn't start and paid normal price.

yeah but its also crazy if you bet yes and he comes on at 90 and you lose.

pinnys rule makes more sense for sure, but ive always known it to be player featured

Having to track starting XI of every team may be more than books want to do. And if they don't track it, they have to have a rule like pinnacle's to protect themselves against NO bettors, obviously.
