Please, please, please help!
I am Thai and have an account with BetTilt.
I deposited 500 Euros and lost the full balance.
I then deposited another 500 Euros a few days later and this time after a series of wins and losses I got my balance up to 9175 Euros.
During the time when I was placing these bets I sent in my documents for verification. I kept getting emails back saying that my account was verified.
I then placed a withdraw request for 1000 Euros, but it never came.
I asked them why and they said it was because I didn't pick up their phone call.
I did see their missed calls, but they kept calling when I was either busy or at work, and they only called once a day.
My withdraw was then cancelled.
I was waiting for a few days when I was off of work and not busy, so that I could put through another withdraw and then pick up the phone when they called.
However I got this message last night:
"Thank you for choosing Bettilt!You can't have an account in Bettilt since your country is Tailand, please request a withdrawal of the value of your original deposit, so that we can return that value to close the account."
What should I do? This was never a problem when I was losing money, and also wasn't a problem when I sent my documents in. It seems like they just decided to try to find a way to take the winnings from my account.
I actually took screenshots of every part of their terms and conditions when I signed up and in no part of it does it say that Thailand is restricted.
Also, if you click the registration button on their page Thailand is listed in their countries to register with, but other countries are not on the list.
This goes to show that they do accept Thai customers.
I told them not to close my account and take my winnings because I also have residence in another country too but they said:
"Unfortunately your account was detected with address and access from Thailand, please proceed to withdrawal your original deposit, because the account is going to be close.Otherwise your account will be close with the value of your deposits, the winnings were already canceled due to the situation indicated above."
Can anyone offer any advice or has anyone had a similar situation?
