The last few years I have deposited a lot of money on the website https://1xbet.com/en
I lost a lot of money ( we are talking about 250.000)
You can think this is my own fault. But after the first loss of 50.000 EUR, I contacted them that I have a serious gambling addicion. I made the request to close my account permamently, which was accepted and confirmed. Then after onlye a few days or one week, I tried to reopen my account again and it was opened instantly. And this proces was repated 3-4 times at least.
I read that there are possibillities that I would get a refund for my losses after the confirmation that my account would remain closed? I have contacted them directly but of course they tell me that there is no refund available. If somebody can help me with this, ir send me to the right direction I will give a big award if i will get a decent Refund.

What you describe is what players have told each other is the UKGC interpretation of responsible gambling guidelines.

But it is not automatic like that.

UK books will make you get an order from IBAS or a court before refunding anything to self excluded players who find their way back in. And won't honor it at all for foreign players.

No other jurisdiction agrees that this is the correct way to handle self excluded players. In fact I'd go as far to say that every other regulator disagrees with this idea.


1xbet is not licensed in the UK so you have zero chance of convincing them or legally forcing them to agree to a refund of your losses.
