I deposited twice with bookmaker, both transactions went through fine.. I recently won about 2k in my account.. I places about 900 worth of bets today and i just logged into my account to see it says i have a 0 balance and no open bets.... i talked to customer service and all they said was the security team refunded my 2 deposits and set my account to cash deposit only??? Why would they do this?? I was winning some money, not tons but some... the money isnt back on my credit card yet but said it will be back 7-10 business days... is this normal for bookies to just refund deposits and take all money out of betting account? I didnt do anything wrong as far as I know but win..? Plz let me know why they might of done this.....

You may be on some blacklist for chargebacks. I have heard of books doing that to avoid you taking free shots at them.
