Frozen Account

Gang,


I got my Nitrogen Sportsbook Account frozen. I sent a small amount of bitcoin to a kid who gave me

his account wallet address. Perhaps they think it's a multi accounting issue but regardless, it's a glitch

or something on their end. This really sucks and I wonder if others have had any exp with having their

accounts frozen on this site or any other site ?

i would ask him about depositing but i sucked out on him in SBRpoker after he told chucky he was dominating me

you never know if this thread gets buried here or gets linked

since its your money, id create threads in both so its good you did

and id file an sbr complaint....i assume they kinda deal with nitrogen since they are so highly ranked

I don't think I need to file a complaint at least not yet.

They need to get their stuff together though. I understand they have implemented new security there because of it being an anonymous

site but as a result it's affecting players there like me.

if you set up with your email and not just annon account simple to email them they usually get back within an hour. or create a new account and type in chatbox of nitrogen for a mod to help with ur account. email response quicker usually.


Nitrogen really going downhill last two months

I have used the support ticket and email. They have emailed back and said to keep the correspondence to the support ticket via the client and that it can take 24-48 hours. It's just a nasty place to be , especially when ya haven't done shit wrong

It happened to me before because they said I had multiple accounts on my i.p. It turns out I hit create new account button a few times by mistake. I explained my situation and they erased those accounts and unfroze my account. Send them an an email and explain your situation. They are fair and if your not scamming in anyway they will unfreeze your account. They have tight security but that's good.

It was the 2FA Authenticator they now want users to have connected to their account.
