Roadbet - impossible to contact support, can not login anymore - SCAM

Last year I have decided to open account with roadbet.com, because I have read they are clones of 188bet, so I have not had much fear about using them. And because almost all other asian bookies are blocked here and I wanted to use bitcoin for deposit then roadbet looked like good option. I wish now I would search more information about them.
I have made first deposit using bitcoins ... I deposited around 500 USD. I was using them without any problem, but I did not win much so I was not even thinking about withdrawing from them.
The first problem came when I was not able to browse my bets history from certain page (like 10 of XY and no more). I tried to contact them using email, live chat, skype and phone number - there was not any reply at all. However after few weeks problem seems to be fixed so I continued to use them.
Recently I had luck and I turned my balance to over 20 000 USD. Then I decided to withdraw some money as I do not need that much in my balance. I found out, that there is no bitcoin withdraw option and if you use other option then one you used to deposit you pay 10% fee. So I have decided to contact them about this and again no luck - they did not reply anywhere - on mail, skype, phone, live support.
I started to be little bit worried and decided to use different withdraw method no matter of fee. I created Perfect Money account and made withdraw request just for 50 USD to try it out. According to their page it should be instant, but it was not and it was showing as PENDING, so I went to sleep. Next morning I woke up and decided to check my withdraw status, but when I tried to login it says: "You can not login". So I immediately tired to contact them on their live support, but without any luck as they do not reply to any message. I tried to contact them on email, skype and even phone, but again without any reply from their side. I have tried to reset my password - just in case, but it is still same problem. It seems to me like they are playing dead bug and not replying to anyone. I thought they were 188bet clone, but I am not sure about it anymore. They are more likely scam.
Is there any way to contact them? Do you think my balance is lost and they are scam bookie?
