they have gone downhill.

had a good night, so they booted me, and had the gall to charge me $107 reversal just to get my own money back (because my last deposit was less than 60 days earlier, even though there was no bonus on it).

asked if i could just wait another week so it would be more than 60 days, got "no you have to take it all right now"

Won over 20k there the last month or so.. No problems ever cashing out.. Bitcoin withdraw takes about 4 hours.. only complaint is 2k day and 6k week withdraw limit.. Good book. But I stick to mostly American football and basketball

They are a complete rec book. If you want to be limited in a hurry and want to be paid out $2000 at a time, and they are a great book for you. It is not a book for big boys.

They will pay but their penetrating security sucks on their website. And if your account gets hacked like mine did. You will not get any recourse from SBR or them.

i wish that was the case!

betonline should be tier 1... customer service isn't the greatest, but they are still the best (other than maybe bookmaker)... definitely not lumped into rec books when you can bet 10k and not get limited

Yup, I'm just lucky to have made one when they had no other options available to me.
I had no clue that they changed the rules this year.
I am literally the worst player ever...lose sooo much there every year that I would seriously miss some decent money without the NLB.
It would be so Nice to actually for ONCE take a check from the thousands I usually get back...300 limits are tough now, too.

BOL and LVG do limit. I do agree they are a top tier book though.

That makes them completely insane! The simple solution would be that you lose $0.05 from your account, and you are in the clear on the remaining balance.

But wait a minute!! That they even told you that? or took a stance on 5-freaking-cents from a previous deposit that you had lost? Well that’s reason enough for me to pull my money tomorrow, and not deposit there for a very long while!

Or you could just send an email and ask for it to be passed to a manager for review.

Or drop in an SBR complaint form.

Live chat can be hit or miss, but they will cancel it if 5 cent balance was the only reason. You did not have any futures pending at the time of deposit?

Ridiculous that they now require a bitcoin deposit to be eligible. I could see them doing that for brand new customers, but for customers who have been with them a decade +, and don't want to get involved with bitcoin, it's unacceptable. I just found out about that this morning. This is the first year I've lost money with them, but with their continual taking things away(spin the wheel, now this), I won't be re-upping next football season, and will just ride out the balance I have. Too bad, was a great book. You'd think with the current climate of US based books expanding, they'd do everything to compete and try and keep business of US customers, rather than alienate them.

All the bitching and moaning about youwager.. I don’t get.. Always paid within hours of asking for it.. bitcoin price might lose a buck or two.. most of time I gain 5-10.. I guess 6k weekly cash out is low.. Never asked me to verify myself either.. A+ book in my opinion

my 15 years of loyalty, in which i told them about bad lines, spread good words on the forums, etc etc meant nothing more than a pile of shit

it was 2 months ago and only a small amount of the balance

So you are bad mouthing them that much because they screwed you over some small fee? What was that fee even for then? You mention something about you not taking a bonus or something and your last deposit was x amount of days and they said you had to keep that balance for x day before withdraw. Youwager doesn't do anything like that such as your deposit has to be in your balance for x amount of days i believe unless its a bonus... so which is it? Also didn't you mention many times you don't play at books that don't give a bonus? So which is which then? Now imagine you have a bigger balance to worry about like other posters instead of a small withdraw fee you had to pay. Most people wouldn't make a big deal and just say whatever you what to charge me some withdraw fee, fine im done with you guys.
