5Dimes Non-Exclusive BC Payouts? Four rejected in four days...

For some reason, they have rejected my last 4 requests submitted since Saturday stating they don't have $5k BC available for payouts to non-BC-exclusive players. Anyone else here experiencing the same treatment, or just me?

It happens sometime. Stall tactic, they want the $80 fee for a check payout. Glad you finally got paid.

Switch books...Heritage much better fiat book with outstanding CS and same day btc and usually under 4 hours

non exclusive always are back of the line with btc payouts

prob just busier than usual with bowls and playoffs

Thanks man. I still like 5Dimes despite the stall tactics they use sometimes, although it can be frustrating...

Customers who continue to request Bitcoin payouts and then deposit using methods other than Bitcoin, will be deemed Bitcoins abusers, and may be subject to the removal of this payout method permanently, or restricted to Bitcoin deposits only. Remember, Bitcoin payouts are free of charge but always subject to availability.

Yes, and 5Dimes is the only book I know of with this policy. Bovada and BOL to name two that don't care how you fund your account, and still allow players to withdraw using BC or any other supported method. I really like 5Dimes and have played there for 10+ years, but this policy is absurd. If they're concerned about BC transaction fees, they should allow "Non-Exclusive" players the option to pay a fee similar to how they handle VIP checks and Bank Wires...
