When you said picked up before I thought you meant a P2P deposit.
There should be a link in your coinbase account to show the status of the transaction on the public blockchain.
If you PM that to me I might be able to help work out what is going on.
EDIT: Did you happen to try to deposit twice to the same youwager receive address by any chance?

I sent bitcoin cash by mistake
BUT you wager knew the amount cuz it shows the exact amount
Yet they say the didn't get it
Someone got it
It's a cluster fukkk

Oh no, that is a cluster penetrate.
The person who owns the bitcoin wallet you sent it to is able to retrieve it as BitcoinCash, but only if they dick around and re-create that Bitcoin Wallet in the corresponding BitcoinCash format.
I'd try asking really nicely if they can ask their payment processor to do that.

I’m dealing with the exact same problem man!!!! I’ve been waiting almost a week going back and forth with “Austin” from there and I’m getting nowhere!!! I also use coinbase bro and they said my transaction was completed so at this point someone there is pocketing my money too
