Ive been using ** to deposit for years. Never had an issue up until yesterday. I went to make a deposit and they said there was an error message...that I had maxed out or something, but that couldnt be true... i made one deposit in the last month for 110 dollars.
So I tried again today using the kiosk instead of talking to those morons and it went through, atleast I thought it did.
But 5dimes said they couldn't pick it up cause it was on a hold status according to **. I called ** and they claim it was available for pick up and there was no issue. So the dimes tried again and again claimed it was on a "hold" and they couldn't. I called ** again and they said it was available and they have no idea what im talking about.
Has anyone else experienced this.
I think ive been blacklisted but wouldn't ** just tell me that... the whole thing is so annoying and I just want to bet but cant get he funds in there... Anyone experience anything like this or have any suggestions?
