I wouldn't normally suggest going to another forum but people have had better luck with Skywage on BitcoinTalk. They used to be active there and willing to help as they had a reasonable reputation there.

That was two months ago and that could have changed. Seems like they are a deposit only book for sure.

Thank You, I will do it. I have contacted skywage several times and they just keep lying . "Not hear what they say in forums", "We will escalate your request" and bla bla bla. No one would deposit in there
