There was some guy I don't really know, got his Skype, we chatted a bit and he asked me if I knew what bookie is that.
I don't know from who he got this picture, what he said: this bookie has odds that never move offplay. Of course that will be interesting for people who have reliable sources if you see what I mean.

Probably a bookie somewhere in Asia (China)?

It's BS. We are not in the 90's anymore. An online bookie that does not move the lines is either a total scam or will go broke within months.
