Long time player on BOL and don't like to complain but requested a small XXX payout 24 hours ago and the status is still on requested. Not even at "under review". Site states BTC processing time within 24 hours. Bitcoin account will be credited within 24 hours.

For all the money I have deposited, sometimes multiple deposits a day, I would think I could be on some VIP list to get a quicker payout. Its not like I am asking for the max payout.

Live Chat now says BTC payouts can take up to 48 hours to process. I smell problems if this is the new normal.

2 day payouts beats the old days of waiting 3 weeks for a canadian check that would cost $80 in fees to get, and another $72 in fees to cash

They are paying, but I agree with OP that they aren't meeting the promised timelines. Sometimes it's pretty bad for Alt Coin payouts. It says 48 hours but I've waited 4 days.

In all my btc withdrawals from them, they have always taken 48 hours for me.

Don't think I've ever had a btc payout in under 24 hours from them.
