    5dimes payout issue
First let me say 5dimes is the best and I will continue to give them my money. I've had much success with bitcoin payouts up until this week. I requested payout on Monday morning. Tuesday night I got the phone verification. At the end of our conversation she said to expect the email verification next to complete the transaction. I received it that night and replied that night. The next day nothing happened so I started a chat with an agent. They looked and said they didn't see an email from me. So while we were chatting I sent one. The agent waited a minuted, then looked and verified the email had come through. I assumed everything was good to go. But as of last night, still no movement and the transaction online still showed "waiting on email reply". So I initiated a new chat. Agent said no email had been received. I've sent it 5 times since and each time they're saying they haven't received it. This after a handful of successful bitcoin payouts over the year. Hopefully it gets resolved today.

Not sure what's going on but this is my first negative experience. After many failed email attempts the girl over there suggest I change my email address on file. In order to do that I had to "EMAIL" them my new email address and security info. Amazingly enough, 5 minutes later they replied that my info had been updated. So they couldn't get my payout email in 12 tries but got the email change in one try. I'll still use 5D but this worries me a bit.

Keep us posted. It sounds like email server delays. Certain email providers can be blocked or flagged as junk.

I hope thats it. I really like 5dimes. Their options are the best and up to this point I've had great success with payouts.

I was sending it to info@5d, bitcoin@5d and payout@5d, per their request. Tried all three. None worked. I sent the email change request today after I finally gave up on this payout, to info@5d and within 5 minutes I had a reply. Someone in another post mentioned bitcoin volatility. Not sure if that may be playing into this or maybe they just have a lot of bitcoin payout requests. Either way, I'd much rather be told, "hey, we're experiencing heavy bitcoin request, it could take 3 days" instead of making me email a dozen times and then changing my email address.

I have had similar issues with them getting my emails but i feel like its been a year or two since this happened to me.

This happened to me about two years ago. Last payout three months ago went fine. Please keep us posted as to the outcome. Has anyone tried their new deposit method using *************** or zelle?

Any update to this? I am waiting on emails on two payouts as well. I received two earlier this week that took longer than usual. This time no email yet after almost 2 days.

I changed my email address on file with them late yesterday and had to resubmit a new payout request last night. I received the email verification request 2 hours later. I replied to the email this morning and 3 hours later my payout was complete. Super fast.

5dimes bitcoin payout verification is not smart, they can learn from how betonline and heritage do it, thats the right way

send a code to email address or phone number

Relax bro, when crypto prices are moving up and down so fast, they like to wait until it goes back up before making any payouts. They won't send you from their crypto bank accounts when the price is at its lowest, or they will lose money, especially if they are hoarding crypto deposits.
