Why does 5 dimes not accept uk citizens?

I live in the UK and have access to every top european book except Pinny but one of my top 5 books was 5 dimes because I loved the teaser options they had.

I dont understand why 5 Dimes is not available to people in the UK.

I miss that book so much and would love to use it again.

Does anybody know why?

To be honest I haven't played a teaser in a couple of years because the time difference just kills me when I want to watch the games I've bet on but have you looked at Intertops? From memory they were quite good with them and sometimes had better prices than even Tony did. This is going awhile back though so it may have changed now but it could be worth a try!

What are you talking about? If they were powerless these books would not have excluded customers from UK

Consider scenarios where gamblers are supposed to testify in cases brought against a book and suddenly revenue officials are looking thru bettors lives

That's the reason for withdraw from market....no good press can come from even the slightest attempt to fight
