    FYI...BOL is out of Bitcoins
I have a bitcoin payout pending for about two days now and after enquiring about it, I got an email from them that stating that they are temporarily out of Bitcoins, there is a delay and as soon as they process my payout they will let me know. I am welcome to cancel my payout on the cashier's tab if I want to.

    Pretty funny yet disgusting stuff.

That means they’re waiting for the price of bitcoin to go back up. Stall tactic in my opinion. I’m waiting on a bitcoin withdrawal from another book. It’s taking much longer than usual. I’m guessing due to the price of bitcoin taking a poop.

Wouldn't it be better for them to offload Bitcoins when the price is low rather than when they are high?

I don’t believe that to be true in this instance. They most likely took in deposits when BTC was worth more. That BTC is now worth substantially less.

buying high and selling low isn't the typical practice, no

Is this actually betonline and not a sister site? I ask because i asked betonline livechat right now, and they are not aware of any payout issues (bitcoin or otherwise). Also, as i posted in another thread, I have the same exact issue as you with lowvig (with the exception of getting a response from customer service).

No, this is directly from Bet Online, a person named Connor. I'm sure the customer service would tell you that - but considering that BOL has the worst customer service I've ever seen and their agents never seem to have any idea what is going on, I wouldn't put too much stock in your live chat that much. If you'd like, initiate the live chat again, and reference the fact that Connor himself told another player about the Bitcoin delay issue.

I fully believe you, I was more testing to see if they would be truthful on what is going on. I cant say the agent lied due to my history with the poor betonline service. Its more likely the agent has no clue (even after looking into my question)

Yeah, I've dealt with Bet Online for years and their agents are just simply ignorant to everything - they literally have no idea as to any conversations or issues a person has ever had with them before.

Don’t they use a 3rd party processors for btc? I’d bet it’s more a processor issue then anything else..

I’m going on day 7 for a well known book. I truly believe as BTC slides, payout days will increase.

yeah, I agree, it's not a bad sign at all if a book is not sitting on a bunch of bitcoins.

Payouts still seem to be slow though (with Ethereum at least, haven't tried Bitcoin)
