Did a wire, they said because of their intermediary bank they charge a $30 fee. Just don’t feel I should be responsible for paying it when I’ve already been charged $60 for the withdrawal. Has anyone else experienced this?

With international wires no one has control over intermediary bank fees.
You don't even know if an intermediary will be involved the first time a wire goes from one bank to another.
An intermediary becomes involved when the sender and receiver banks do not have direct settlement agreements.
$30 is a high one though. $10-$15 is more normal. Don't think I've ever had one that high, and I've had many international wires over the years..Comment -
