Unfortunately It didn't work-Got a message to call in to verify bonus.

1st a lady said that her computer was frozen and she couldn't help.

Then, she said i signed up with an affiliate that wouldn't allow bonus.

I explained I didn't have any affiliate and she said to call back.

Called back and a dude says I have to make a 200 deposit to get it-I explained the rules state that you just have to have a 200 balance and then he says oh I was wrong you do qualify but they are having technical issues so try again in an hour. I've made multiple deposits with no withdrawals.

I know this is chump change and not a big deal but really the only reason I use youwager is for the free plays.

Anybody else having issues?

they finally let me spin one

too bad i should've kept the 25 instead of that dumb new wheel that only gave me 15

Ok now it's letting me spin the wheel but not crediting me with the free play. Man these guys are having a rough day.

Well they texted me to try again and it finally worked-only 5 bucks but props to YouWager for resolving the issue.

They told me I wasn’t eligible anymore because “I’m doing very well” lol - they can stick those small $5 bonuses up there ass! Don’t think anyone got more than $25 on the new wheel anyway.

I hear ya buddy-they cancelled their reward program as well.

I figure keeping a balance there is worth it for a few hundred in free plays per year but if the next one is screwed up again I'll probably withdraw my funds.

A lot of hassle for 5 bucks plus limited betting options.

The 100% cash bonus is what got me in.
