i have about 40 in my acount as we speak
if i win the parlay do i have to bet the winnings for could i bet 15 four times with the money in my account to satisfy the rollover

No, you only have to make a total of $50 worth of qualifying bets no matter what you win in that case.

So if you bet $12 to win $10, the $10 is counted for rollover purposes.
