Most books I've played at have the 1x rollover. At Pinnacle it's 3x or they charge a ridiculous fee. I requested a withdrawal at SIA before the 1x rollover and they sent me an email asking why I was withdrawing. They said they had to ask because I didn't rollover the deposit and if I rolled over once they wouldn't have asked. For money laundering, but I think they just hope you go busto before completing the rollover.

With unregulated books it's probably more to do with the hassle/expense of money transfers. Not wanting people depositing 3k, betting 1k and then withdrawing 4k.
A lot of people must do stuff like that based on the rules Pinnacle introduced to punish it a year or two ago..Comment -
