#37Yes it has happened quite a few times.
It is either poorly designed without thinking about how it affects players, or it's a glitch.
Customer service doesn't seem to want to be bothered with this type of stuff.
The only way to avoid it is using the dreaded classic interface.Comment -

I'll make sure Admin knows about this thread and can possibly get some info from BM on if they are planning to address it in any way..Comment -

#41You've got at least 3 versions of what the "problem" is in this thread. No one has backed up your version of events of being caught out all the time in the millisecond between you trying to click at a price and having it suddenly change in the time between your thought and the actual click.
Sounds like Bookmaker considers this a new feature, not a bug.
Use the classic interface if you dont like it.
Thanks for all the hard work you put in, Optional.Comment -

Anyway, Frank has made things a bit clearer and hopefully we can find out if/when they plan to improve it.
If you would like SBR to try and negotiate to get the $188 extra, shoot in a sportsbook complaint form with your account details.
Got to be honest and say it might be problematic getting that done though, when it's not really clear what you clicked on at what moment. :\.Comment -

#43I have never had this issue in the classic interface, it always warns of a line change with option to accept or cancel.
I would definitely prefer to use the bet slip option because it is way easier and faster.
For now I will just have to use classic to ensure I get wagers at the prices I actually select.

#44I've made 100's of bets on the new interface and never had this problem. Sounds like they're chasing steam and getting burnt when it corrects.Comment -

It has happened to me where the betslip changed right as I was clicking 'place bet' I didn't like it but I can accept that more than what happened to me Sunday night. Sunday night I had my betslip loaded at +101 and it did not change before clicking 'place bet' but it still came back accepted at -105.Comment -
