So after years of using Bookmaker for high value and high volume bets, Bookmaker revoked my ability to get bonuses or use betpoints. They are processing my payouts and even let me collect the betpoints I had raked up when I called customer service. All in all, I wish it hadn't happened but have no complaints. It's clearly within their rules that they reserve the right to do this and they have been extremely professional throughout the process. The conversation went something like this:
"When I tried to collect my betpoints, I was told to call customer service. Also, when I go to the cashier for deposit, I don't see any bonus options, including Diamon Level bonuses I usually qualify for when depositing."
"Sir, a review of your betting activity has classified you as a non recreational bettor, so you are not eligible for our bonus or betpoints program. We are happy to let you collect the bet points you've accumulated."
"Can you tell me what I did that was not recreational? And if so, can I continue with bonuses and betpoints if I change my behavior to stay within your recreational guidelines?"
"No sir. Once you are deemed non recreational, that decision is final."
