    Dobrobet claims they had one PSP (Payment Service Provider) that served as an all-in-one provider for all the other payment methods. This PSP is allegedly blocking all transfers from Curacaon companies for weeks, some other PSP's like Trustly even for months. Especially the German market would be affected right now which is hard to verify. I permanently receive bank transfers from other books with Curacao license. However the difference is these books use a German bank to arrange bank transfers to other German bank accounts with no PSP in between. There are many German banks that do not care about the background of a company and which even have been convicted to work together with the illegal gambling industry in the past, like the Wirecard AG.

    So it's hard to verify Dobrobet's statement on the current situation.

    The only thing I can prove though is that the PSP Stichting Icepay handled bank transfers for Curacao licensees back in August. Maybe that has changed in the meantime, I cannot tell. Dobrobet is not willing to tell me which PSP they tried to work together with and which not. To be honest, it's not my business anyway so it's okay when they don't tell me. But my impression is they don't really try hard to pay me and that is what bothers me. As I mentioned in one of the posts above, they are offering Bitcoin as a payment method on their mobile page. I sent them a Bitcoin address a few weeks ago but they rejected a transfer saying "it's not as easy as you think" and "we are a company, not a private person and we have to process withdrawals through a PSP". On the other hand they whine about the negative reports and that they suffer most from the situation. Well, Dobrobet, you could easily avoid this by showing some flexibility in finding workarounds like a Bitcoin transfer which I suggested you several times before. You cannot reject plausible and well-meant suggestions on the one hand and whine about negative reviews and loss of turnover on the other hand.

    BTW: I have another pending withdrawal for 3 weeks at b-bets, bank transfer as well. I had a conversation with a chat agent yesterday and he told me that there are more and more PSP's like Entercash and Trustly that started to cut the ties to Curacaon companies. So maybe the whole story about blocking PSP's is true. I hope this is just a snapshot of time and not another negative trend though.

    I started dobrobet about 2 weeks ago

    ı witdraw with ecopayz 2 times (100-100euro) total 200

    last sunday ı give witdraw request again 400 euro,, but they dont approved my request

    beacuse they say they dont have ecopayz . they say ''we wait fund ecopayz . we will approve your request tomorrow''

    but they dont give my money since last sunday (for 4 days)

    I don't think we need to know much more than this. If that is their attitude toward players then They are the ones that can't be trusted.

    Imagine a bookmaker who thinks almost all players are able to, and do, cheat them somehow?

    Has to be either running totally broken software that can be exploited, has no clue how to identify bad players so suspects them all, or is such a cheat themselves they imagine everyone else is too.

    I don't think there is any positive spin that could be put on it.

    @lonnie55. As I said before, my story with them finished. I had active account, but when I provided them link to this thread, they deleted my account. I think they read it, and after you published your report here they deactivated your account too. I don't know is it good for you public everything here. I found information (private forum) that they don't pay to their own employees. One person worked for them 2 month and he was not paid any cent by them. I don't think that they have money to pay you. They just wants not to scare new clients and deposits. Sorry if my posts damaged your situation with them.

    Of course they didn't manage "to implement their new PSP for the German market" until now, hence they won't pay this week.

    After I asked them for an update this morning they kicked me out of the chat session once again and since then they are blocking me from accessing the chat. I don't get these guys. It was okay for them when I asked them for updates on Tuesday and Wednesday and they even re-activated the chat cookie in my main browser but today they booted me once again.

    I mean, the other day the chat agent said "To be honest you have no reason to worry, your winnings are not questioned in any way, as you are one of the few honest player for which we had no indication of unregular betting." Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/ovEaJuZ.png

    If this is their way to deal with "honest customers" I don't want to know how they deal with "dishonest" players.

    Next week will be week 3 after withdrawal request. I'm curious what their new excuses will be then.

    What I don't understand is why they have to keep my account closed for the time they are looking for a new PSP. Are they technically not able to set my balance to nil and keep my account open? Or is this even all BS coming out of their mouths and they are fooling me never intended to pay out?

    Anyway, this should be a big big warning. Stay away from this site under all circumstances. Even if they pay in the end their behaviour and the reports about faked casino games, all this together smells like a scam.

    @2cool4: Why don't you share what you found out?

    Same issue here with Dobrobet. Asked for a withdrawal, amount deducted fine but i have no pending withdrawals under relevant section. Asked live chat what is going on, they reply that they are changing platform. The good thing is that they claim they can see my pending withdrawal but they will need 3-5 working days to execute it, hope they are true. Will update.

    I think that they just want to find reason don't pay big amounts. In my situation I have 1900 eur balance and 1200 rollover left (500 eur deposit). If I know that it will be expired next day I could finish rollover in one day. And if all bets lost I got 700 eur guaranteed. But they didn't offered it or just deposit refund. For them better to pay 10 players by 50 eur instead 500 to one. I think they'll continue take deposits, but pay only small amounts. For big amounts they have "tech problems and their T&C"

    Now when I try to log in appear "INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD". I think we can say good bye to our money...

    On their mobile site Bitcoin is displayed as a payment method but they are saying Bitcoin is not available for Germans. So they are basically saying Bitcoin does not work in every country

    How are the chances that all available payment methods have been shut down at the same time? I suggested them to send me the money through Neteller, Skrill, Ecopayz, Payeer, Advcash, Paypal, bank transfer or Bitcoin but the financial department replied they cannot send any money through any channel to German customers right now.

    Two weeks ago they sent me 1k via manual Ecopayz transfer. AFAIK manual transfers do work with any eWallet unless all your wallets have been disabled for whatever reason. But then you still have Bitcoin left. Not even Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency is an option for them.

    Also the phone number displayed at the bottom does not work and in WhatsApp nobody's replying.

    I'm so close to call this site a fraud and I think I already have good reasons but I'm willing to give them some time to sort things out and solve their so-called technical problems

    Here is my story with dobrobet.com. I'm their first customer. I have all confirmation about it (chat transcripts and e-mails). My account verified, and I have already recieving payouts from them. Than I've recieved promo e-mail from them. I came to their live chat and asked, what offer available for me. They offered me 100% reload up to 500 eur. Terms were not publiced anywhere and I asked what are terms of my offer. I've recieved answer: "The terms are the same like for Sports Welcome Bonus". I accepted it, deposited 500 eur and started to play. Yesterday I log in my account and saw, that all money dissapeared (about 1900 eur). I've asked them in live chat. They told that it is expired because this bonus only for 14 days.But in terms for Welcome Bonus told about 30 days. They confirmed that it is their error, but they can do nothing.     I just made my first withdrawal via Ecopayz. It had to be done manually because of technical issues according to live chat. The temporary withdrawal limits are 1k per transaction and per day (regularly 10k). Tina from live chat advised me to let her know whenever I want to make a withdrawal and they would send me the money right away. Indeed I received my money seconds later.

    Betting limits are good even on lower leagues. So actually there is not much I could complain about at the moment.
