Lol, how many lies can you possibly put into one sentence?
- "successfully operating"The truth is: They confiscated not only the funds but also the deposits of their customers.
- "and working with clients"The truth is: They scammed their customers, lied to them multiple times, ignored their emails, even lied to their own licensor (see post #99).
- "for many years"The truth is: They have been online for not more than 3 months.

Just a little reminder what the licensor said back in April:
"They have assured us that they would be paying any outstanding payouts and have provided proof."
The reality: Gaming Curacao is ignoring all of my requests since then and Dobrobet blocked me on Twitter.

Dear Bastian,
One of our compliance individuals passed this on to me to review. After further review we are contacting DobroBet again concerning your issue. We were aware of their software provider platform issues and that they were moving to a new provider. We have contacted them and will revert and advise. They plan to be back up in 10-15 days with the new platform.
The other issue we wanted to address is that we are not blaming you the customer ,but you have been flagged in a software providers system. We have nothing to do with this and when a customer is flagged for arbitrage betting the software provider informs their client to refund the deposit and close the account. We were simply relaying this to you.
As stated above we will revert shortly once we have collected the information from our Licensee.
Regards,
Compliance and Complaint Resolution

Yes, that's pretty much it. I'm looking for soft information in lower level leagues and try to transfer that into +EV
I'm just thinking about investing some money to hire a lawyer. But this time the target would not be a book but the master-license holder Gaming Curacao itself. It's outrageous how they handle customers' complaints.
Whilst the deciding authority on disputes makes it's money selling cheap turnkey bookmaker setups with licenses attached, it's silly for any govt to pretend they have a responsible licensing setup.Leave a comment:

Good answer.
I wonder of they will even read it :\
I know from seeing a number of your problems that you aren't doing anything more than grinding out bets on +EV odds where you find them. Not even especially focusing on steam from what I have seen.
But, I can see where a lazy person at Gaming Curacao would assume you must be up to something to have so many issues.
I hope someone in there sends you some sort of apology in reply.Leave a comment:

Hello,
when I just read your answer I was very upset and I had to calm down myself to compose a reasonable reply. Although I'm not sure if your two-liner is even worth an answer. But I hope it is.
First of all I wonder why you blame me, the customer, for having issues with your licensees. You do not know anything about me except the information some of your licensees might have provided to you. I am not an arber. And I have nothing to do with bonus abusing or anything else. You can ask all of your licencees if I ever took a bonus at their sites. They will confirm you that it was not the case. The only thing I did "wrong" was that I had luck to win a considerable amount. Did you ever ask one of your licensees for proofs of what they were claiming? Or did you just trust their words without asking for any evidence?
You should know that with most of the sites licensed by Gaming Curacao I did not have any issues at all but I'm sure you agree there are black sheeps in any industry and in the gambling industry the number of the black sheeps might be a bit larger than in other industry sectors. So yes, it happened for the third time (not fourth as you claim) that I had an issue with one of your licencees (Vitalbet, Suprabets, Dobrobet). In at least two of these three cases (Suprabets and Dobrobet) we talk about clear black sheeps. Instead of blaming the customer you should ask yourself how it could happen that these companies obtained a license from you, why these licences are still active and why you don't take measures against the operators at all. You as a licensor are the one who is accountable for giving customers the impression as if these sites were legit.
Let's take a closer look at the three complaints I've made so far. The first one was against Vitalbet that voided bets for no reason, froze my funds for 9 months but when they finished their investigations they paid out. Why would they do that if they had a reason to believe I made something "wrong" (however that is defined)? Second complaint was against Suprabets a few months ago who confiscated all winnings after a month of betting. And your only "help" in this case was to accuse me of arbing and that it was my fault overall. This was a hard hit. Again I didn't make anything wrong. I mean, you know all the details from my complaint form: I registered, made a deposit, didn't take a bonus, verified my account, placed dozens of bets and everything was alright for weeks. When I requested my first withdrawal they suddenly closed my account and confiscated all my winnings. How can you blame me for that? Why were you not even interested to hear the truth? Why did you not ask anymore questions? They said "the player was arbing" and the case was done for you. But that was a complete lie.
And now I've made my third complaint against a casino that show down the website. A case which is completely different from all the other cases. They didn't just freeze or confiscate funds, no, they shut down their complete operations and ran away with the customers' money although they promised several times that they pay. Here are some quotations of Dobrobet's support (I can forward the emails to you if you want):
"To be honest you have no reason to worry, your winnings are not questioned in any way, as you are one of the few honest player for which we had no indication of unregular betting."
"Please be patient, you can rest assured that your funds will be transferred to you."
"Please be patient, we are working around the clock to rectify issues we are experiencing. Rest assured that your withdraw will be honored."
These quotations are from emails they sent me between October and Novemer 2018. They said I have no reason to worry. They said I made nothing wrong. They said I can be sure that my withdrawal will be honored. In December they suddenly went offline claiming they would come back soon which was obviously a lie as they've been offline for almost three months and stopped replying to my emails. In the meantime some of my emails even have returned, so they already removed some of their email addresses, too.
After all the only thing you say to me is that it seems to be my fault and that I should stop playing at sites which are licensed by Gaming Curacao. You were not even interested to hear the details of that case. I'm just speechless about your lack of interest to investigate. You just sent me this two-liner and the case is done.
Anyway, I just took a deep breath and composed this email. I still hope that you're not that what people say about you in forums and betting boards but that you're interested to help customers. So I try it once again:
Dobrobet.com (License GLH-OCCHKTW0704032018) didn't pay out a withdrawal from October 12, 2018. They stated several times that they pay out. They confirmed that I didn't do anything wrong and that they will honor my withdrawal. In the meantime they shut down their site but heir license is still active. Can you help me to recover my funds (6,800 EUR)?

BastianLeave a comment:

And have they considered that they might hand out licenses to bad operators too often as the reason you've needed them 4 times?
Or maybe it's that their license holders know they can act with impunity because they fail to properly address your complaints?Leave a comment:

Dear Bastian,
This is the fourth of our licensees that you have had an issue with concerning your betting. As stated below you have been flagged by software providers. We ask that you do not play at any of our Licensees sites.

Dear Mr. ,
As we have told you many times, we are undergoing switching to a brand new platform. As you see, we stay on the same domain. Domain dobrorobet.com will work in the future. We do not intend to change the domain and start again with a new domain.
When we are done, we will inform all of our customers that we are again active.
Kind regards,
Toni

So it was all bullshit. Exit scam. 7k gone away. Parts of my deposit as well.
This reminds me of Gobetgo exit. It was a Bulgarian as well. Dobrobet: Bulgarians. Galaxy Group Scam: Bulgarians.
As Shari said, most likely they will return with a new brand, a new license, maybe a new White Label. It's so easy to scam people in the online betting business without having to fear any consequences by anyone.Leave a comment:
