Question about ID verification (BOL)

Dumb question I know but the response I got from support literally hurt my brain it was so vague...

Used a CC over a year ago....deposited with BTC last month and now I'm trying to get a payout via BTC when I asked support do I need to verify the card before the BTC payout the answer I got was "It's upto the payout dept."

so anyone care to enlighten me with their experience as EVERY book I have ever used makes you verify your info before paying out

Not sure how a deposit over a year ago has anything to do with a bitcoin deposit and withdraw. They are all like that.....they are hoping you dont have the CC still so they can deny the payout. Its not like you can charge the CC transaction back a year later

Still have the CC just seems odd every book no matter when I have used a card wants a scan to verify that I'm the owner/of age etc before they payout.....I used Bovada when it was bodog and was going to go back and asked CS if I needed to verify a card I used maybe 10 years ago and they said (even If I would only be using BTC going forward) I would still need to send verification info to them

I just get the feeling they are going pull a dick move and deny the BTC payout and ask for verification which I can provide

Like you said it's a common request. We normally suggest players send the CC authorization form ahead of time or at least the scanned copies of whatever would be required prior to a payout so that your payout is verified faster.

I asked for the form or if I needed to sign it and was told to wait and see what happens which makes no sense to me as im 99% convinced the payout will be denied then I will have to go back and request the form

Generally honest people are 99% convinced they WILL be paid, as they know they have done nothing wrong.

You are 100% correct.When you request your payout,they WILL decline it saying you need to send in your scanned info

Im not worried about getting paid Im just frustrated I couldn't get a straight answer to a simple yes or no question every other book is Yes you need to verify your info....here's the form.

The CS don't know, the payout dept decide what is needed when they process each payout.

If they do ask, you have the card, just send it straight back. It won't make a big delay.

Just so I understand correctly. If I made a CC deposit two years ago. Lost that money in the sportsbook within a week. Then made a bitcoin deposit, played it for 24 more months or so and eventually ask for a payout by bitcoin they are going to have me verify the credit card I used to make the initial deposit with two years ago? (Even though the credit card deposit money has long ago been used up)....
