Have you ever had a LOSING bet canceled by your book?
Got pretty sloshed and threw a decent sized bet (for me at least) on the Giants +3 -125 at 522 pm pacific Sunday. Watched the game, and as we all know the Giants lost. However, I looked at my transactions today, and apparently my book canceled my wager at 821pm pacific Sunday night with an annotation of "Late or Past Post Wager". Then on Monday it was listed again at 1038am as an unsettled wager, and one more time at 1038am as a loss. I figured it wouldn't hurt to reach out to the book and ask (waiting on response), but I wanted to see if anyone here has experienced this. I have had winning live bets canceled and refunded, but never a losing one.

I had to be fair. Did you make screenshots of bet status:canceled, pending, settled? If ypu have just file a complaint here and sbr will try their best to help you.

Yes, once by a local bookie and Maxbet. Several times by Singbet.

Once I explained to William Hill they graded a loser a winner but then they started arguing with me thinking I was complaining about something so I just kept the money. Once I told PartyBets the same thing and they let me keep the winnings.

Yes, recently a book canceled my wager in game (Twins +2.5). They ended up losing by 3. I got to keep my money

Bovada got back to me and said, "We're sorry for the confusion on the multiple settlements of your wager. It was prematurely settled as 'No Action' and was resettled accordingly based on the final result of the game."

The bet was canceled at 821pm (I have the screenshot and it still appears that way under my transactions). Is this worth pursuing through sbr? Like I said, my intention was to bet the Giants, I just thought I might have gotten lucky for once and made my bet past the start time (522pm).

If they canceled it for past post they shouldn't regrade it as a loss when its final. That's BS

Dont think I have ever had a losing bet voided. Had many winning bets voided, at least 50 over the years. I have had quite a few losing bets graded winners in error, I never tell the book, this makes up for the winning bets cancelled lol

Bovada did the same thing to my Cowboys -3 +105 bet. Voided it as a pass post at 11:19 pm (posted the bet right at kickoff @ 8:20 pm) then settled in the morning as a winner. I never noticed until I read this thread and went back through the history because I was curious as to if they did this to all bets on the game or just losing bets.

Okay, that was the big question I had. If they had voided Cowboys - 3 and didnt repost it as a winner, I would have a gripe.

yes when one of the starting pitchers were scratched, I guess that's standard procedure.
