try contacting wagerweb- in their emailed newsletter they offer 100% cash bonus by p2p- ask if they will do it with btc. -worth a try or just deposit with cash for the bonus.

Bonuses are only a bait, read the small letters in the end to make sure you don't have problems; books hate bonus "hunters".
