    Heritage ....Worst Sign up Ever...
Nothing ever works. Every browser tried, mobile/desktop. Cleared cookies/cache, whatever the penetrate.

Still the same spinning stupid thing.

Just wanted to try it out since everyone raves about it but I can play at any book anyway so this is just too much hassle.

Same issue for me. Been wanting an account there for months now but can never get through the sign up process. It stalls out at the final submit screen. Let me know if you find a fix. I had given up and just assumed they somehow know how SHARP I am 😂

I called them and they told me I need an email validation number. Which obviously it won't send since it loops...
            Too many hoops...

interesting, does not seem worth the headaches then.

I had the same problem before and let me tell you it's pointless to call them. They just tell you to try different browser. Just keep trying to register every month or so. I was able to go through the spin of death somehow and able to register after 3 months of trying.

                          Incognito/Private window might help.

It can happen that JS is blocked on your browser by some addon, so using "clean" window with no addons active, might be of help.

Same story here, I just tried signing up through SBR link.

Endless spinning whirly thing after clicking submit button...

EDIT: I was able to sign up by using Microsoft Edge (I usually use Chrome) and also I removed any periods from the street address (new Canada Post guidelines) and changed the special characters in my password. One of these changes worked.

Then heritage sent me an email to confirm my email address but the link in it does not work. Able to log in however so it seems good to go.

I can not get Heritage to change my address. I rent a room in a house and no utilities are in my name. I have DL and car insurance in my name with correct address. They say that's not good enough.

You can have a drivers license or insurance addressed wherever you like. Can't do that with a utility bill.

You'll need something similar. Maybe a letter from the IRS for example.

Maybe ask Heritage if a lease agreement is enough, if you dont already have an official lease, get one together with your host?
