so there's liberty PUBLIC adjusters with 3 offices in the area, and also this other liberty adjusters that operates out of an office that used to be "premium loss adjusters"???

weird that a company named liberty public adjusters can have 2 totally separate businesses/owners in the same area

Yes premium loss was there years ago buddy. And yes you are able to have the same business name. You just have to have separate bonds for the company.

that seems strange to me... i set up LLCs in Wisconsin and if the name is even close to another company/LLC it gets rejected
