    does Betonline.ag's customer service always suck arse, or is it just today?
    signed-up, cant chat (not available on any screen once you click it if available)
    they dont answer their emailed (been 3 hours)

    Its been that way for years. BOL has the least competent CS crew I've ever dealt with.

    Whenever I think of depositing there I remind myself what a shitshow that place is and deposit elsewhere.

      If you want to get the full experience of shitty customer service try calling in and dealing with a cs agent.

      Tell them your problem, they will say they will fix it and after 3 days when they still haven't fixed the problem you get to call back and tell the whole story again to a different CS rep than last time. Rinse and repeat. Reminds me of the movie "Groundhog Day".

        Its ironic. If my memory is correct, when SBR first had a review of betonline 10+ years ago, I remember the review talking about how the customer service made players feel like they were in a country club. I could be mis-remembering but man have the lacked for years in this area.

          I just started with betonline a little over a month ago. But from talking with them haven’t really had a issue with the customer service yet .

            Waiting 3 hours for an email reply is not a long time. Especially for an offshore book.

              One full day no answer I'm glad I didn't deposit this is ridiculous. How the hell could they be graded A?
              I called them they didn't even answer the phone I hung up after being on hold for 8 minutes. Harder to reach than the DMV

                          They NEVER,I MEAN NEVER respond to emails,you can send them a question saying you want to deposit several thousand by bitcoin but you have 1 question,and they still will NOT respond
