Anyone having any luck with the SBR team getting back to you with payout complaints? I've tried following up several times on a complaint I filed in May and still have not heard back.

A lot of the team are just arriving back from the Bash yesterday and today so if emails haven't worked and you've gone into live chat in the daytime in Costa Rica, try submitting another complaint with the form http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

I imagine they got a lot of this complaints and it takes time. For the recored I am waiting 1 month now, book is rated C+

Why would you want him to re-submit it? He's submitted it twice already.
