Does Heritage ask for a Utility bill during Bitcoin payout?

So 1 person recently told me that they asked for a utility bill when he requested a bitcoin payout. Now I know it's a standard procedure to ask for a utility bill when you deposited with a CC, but why would you ask for utility bill if you deposit with bitcoin and request a payout with bitcoin? Doesn't make any sense.

I had to give a photo ID + Utility bill and I only deposited with Crypto. They were fast with processing, and I received BTC payment same day.
