Yes. A player is owed over 40k from them right now and they refuse to speak to SBR about it and are treating the player like an idiot and virtually mocking him.

If it continues I'd expect a double down blacklist warning will be published about them.

Also, avoid the site Betnow.eu as well, as it could just be their attempt to stay in business away from the SBG name.

Will update if they ever grow up and act with some respect toward this player, or decide to explain to SBR why they have taken such an obnoxious position against this long time customer, who is well known to be an honest person by many on this forum.

Interesting. Made an account there two weeks ago but have not deposited with them yet.

Have a look at both sites. They claim zero connection.

What do you think? Could they be telling the truth?

If not, that answer is pretty much the same manner in which SBG are treating the player with 42k owed. Like a mushroom.

I'm asking what is the whole story with the 40k. Specifically:

                1. For how long have the funds been owed?
                2. What does the player claim happened?
                3. Has SBG given any explanation at all?

He doesnt want to post about it. But I can give you a brief outline.

6 months or so ago his account was "hacked" and some thousands were withdrawn.

SBG agreed it was not his fault, made good on the lost funds, and set up a strong protocol for future withdraws from the account (as he held large balances there)

Recently, they allowed a "hacker" to withdraw the balance without following the agreed protocols.

All evidence leads to an assumption it is an internal issue at SBG.

SBG have bascially siad to the player bad luck its up to you to keep your account safe and each time he asked if the withdrawer had supplied to agreed security info he is met with a smart ass response ignoring the question.

                  Thye also are ignoring SBR.

All they need to do is explain to SBR why they believe this player is tying to de-fraud them and there is no problem.

                  But... crickets from them.
