Nitrogen Sports Repeatedly Refusing to Honor Late Line Promo
I have witnessed Nitrogen Sports multiple times refuse to honor their own "Catch a Late Line" promo for not only myself but others in chat who report late lines. Details of the promo here

What I've seen happen over and over again is someone will report a late line that's over 3 minutes lateand is still up as stated in the rules of their promo in chat. Once it's reported, it's like the person in charge of posting lines goes "Oh s***!", takes down the line, then the chat admin comes back and says "After checking with the lines team the line wasn't late.

So basically they have you do their work for them, and once you point the line is late, they take it down, and all they do is claim it wasn't late and offer you no way to appeal it.

Here's an example of me catching them in their own lie. I reported a late line for a game that started more than 3 minutes ago. Once I posted it in chat they immediately took it down, then they claimed the match started at 06:55 when it started about 5 minutes sooner.

Again, I've seen this happen to many other users

I wrote a support ticket and they replied basically saying all decisions are final. I just think it's crazy that they're basically having users monitor their lines for them and then not paying them out what they offer.

You are correct that you are doing their work for them. If I were you, I would go about it a different way. Maybe prove your worth by monitoring a ton of games, and then ask for 500 per week if you are really good at protecting them. The problem with what you are doing now is that if they get 20 people emailing them about late lines, whom should they pay? You can't prove that you were first, either.

With the current system, they are in control, as are most books. If you show them the goods (multiple examples per week), maybe they will help you out. As it is, you are chasing pennies on the ground. You are thinking about just yourself, and trying to get money from them. You don't care about protecting them, and they don't care about you. Now, if you want to get in a better position, you should probably start thinking about them more often (fake it).

If you are good at saving companies money, and can prove it, you could probably get more than peanuts. You know that insurance companies have whole departments where they try to avoid paying claims. People's houses burn down and they have to jump through hoops to even get paid sometimes. Life is tough. It seems to me that getting the players, who on average lose anyways, to do extra work, is a genius move. Especially, when you are a faceless business like Nitrogen. They suckered you guys real good.
