i have make also a complaint here http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/ but i dont have take response.
please help me here they have close my account 4240 euro. i have sent driver license,id,selfie id,pvc code and them say account will be frozen.
what i must to take my money?

Im guessing deposit method rather than what you bet on..

is about 5 month at least closed. and decision of frozen account before 1 month.

What happened immediately before they froze your account?

Were you going through identity or KYC checks?

It makes you look even more suspicious when mentioning that it is your first betting account ever. How do you know about multiple-accounting and that it can cause troubles then? Or why did you actually mention it?

yesterday have open a account at bwin. have send the drive license from yesterday.

i play normally until before 10 min, at live section show me the message my account is closed.

i go at my account and see all my bets cancelled. see balance of acc 299.59 euro(deposit 300 eurw).
