I don't know about the top 3, but I'd stay away from betdsi. They are horrible about payouts and now d+ here. Having a hard time with them right now after being a customer for 5+ years.

Bookmaker, Hertitage, Betonline, 5Dimes will all have a check to you in about 7 days. Is that fast?

Bookmaker, Galaxy and Justbet in 2-7 days. $50 charge

Betonline, Sportsbetting and LowVig in a week or so. $$75 charge or $25 on Fridays (once a month)

Heritage in roughly 2 weeks on average but it's free once a month.

Never cashed out via check with them, but Youwager has been nothing short of great on the customer service side. Always up-front and on-point when answering any questions that I have had.

BTC payouts have always been same day in 8 hours or

Chris do yourself a favor and get into bitcoins. You can get a bitcoin debit card with Bitpay.com and get a bitcoin withdraw same day from most books... that means cash in hand or on your card same day.

I agree with the last comment, BTC is easy, and you can grab a Bitpay.com card to cash out as soon as you get your wallet loaded.
