Did you contact them?

They have just reset all accounts to make us change password and create a PIN in the last 24 hours.

It might be just due to that. Let us know if you do and find out please?

looks like just some new security measures....Kendary was very helpful on chat, unfortunately they do not have any bonuses going right now or i would have made a deposit

I was logging in there a lot to compare lines while having a 0 balance and they blocked my account. I can't even login. I contacted them and they told me I had to speak to a certain person in live chat ONLY. Then, that certain person never was there but eventually another person (manager) discussed this with me. They asked me to deposit $$$ in order to use the account or be able to login. I thought this person said they would remove the block anyway, but they did not because I still can't login. This is ridiculous. I'm shocked they would lock me out because of this. After all the $$ they made from me over the years....goodnight. I'm all done @ 5dimes.

Was I costing them $$$ for bandwidth or something? This is beyond ridiculous really.....

Yeah same thing here. Also got the email Sweep did. Emailed them back asked them to shut down the account. Have not heard back.

Am I the only one who can't login to the dynamic lines page after this security update? I can login to the main web page ok, but the login always fails if I am on the dynamic lines page.

I got the same email. Spooked me as my credit card numbers have alweays been poached there. The way they worded it was what got me, so I contacted them and they said it was a security change. All good

Got bounced out of live chat, after the rep told me to login to the account again. Still can't login. Guess I'm done there for a while. Any recommendations for a new book to try out with a reasonable bonus?

Happen to me on Bovada today got an email to call them my account was disabled apparently someone tried making a BTC withdraw on my account and didnt no my mothers maiden name so it got declined glad they have good security measures that prevent this when something don't look right.

i think something happened with internet security recently and companies are afraid to admit it cause they think it's only them

my ebay account got screwed up the same day as 5d and also a drunken random sex "dating" site did the same thing
