First time using 5Dimes and I plan on withdrawing by bitcoin. How long does the process typically take? I usually use Bookmaker and I get the coins within 6-7 hours.

First time it seems to take 2 or 3 days. After that, if you deposit by bitcoin as well, it's usually more like 24 hours or so.

5dimes force everyone to change their password today? I think they added a PIN number that everyone must use when talking to live chat.

Yes, they did it to me too.
If anyone reading is still getting an "Incorrect Username or password" error, jump on live chat and let them know. It might be too many failed attempts and needs a reset.
Once in you will be prompted to change password and add a PIN
