alex from betphoenix called me to offer me 100% cash bonus from $300-$1000. after i made a deposit of $350 by btc. i spoke to Jack that would not honor the bonus. i requested a a payout for the $350 by btc.

Usually books will let you off the hook after 30 days. Heritage will even make you clear your last withdrawal before a new bonus can be applied, even after 30 days.
Im not trying to defend the book here but it’s common procedure. Lots of customer service people would not catch this when you initially called. Happens a lot.
If if they were crooks, they would not let you withdraw, or they’d give you the bonus and shaft you later.

I laugh at these some of these bonus books. there is ZERO reason to play there if not getting a bonus. You can play at bookmaker and get basically unlimited 25% cash bonuses with an easy roll and 3 hour hour bitcoin payouts. Or play at Betphoenix with no bonus and 5 day bitcoin payouts.
