MYBET doesn't want to pay my withdrawal! Please HELP!!!
    Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum and this is my first time to post here. I am currently having a problem with MYBET sportsbook because they keep on cancelling my withdrawal. My account was already verified and i made my first withdrawal of 800 euro last week and after a few days, i asked them why i haven't receive my money since skrill widrawal's processing time is less than 24 hrs only. The agent said there's an ongoing standard securty check and i will receive my money when it is done. So i always keep on making a follow up everyday and they always say the same thing. Then they cancelled my first withdrawal and returned my money to my MYBET account yesterday. Also they limit me to 5euro per bet.

So last night, i decided to withdraw all my 1582 euro balance in my account since there's no sense of placing a bet if my limit is only 5 euro. Today when i opened my account they returned the balance again and cancelled my withdrawal again. So i asked the agent on live chat why they cancelled it again, and she said that currently, there's a standard security check. Wow! Everyday since i made my first withdrawal, all their agents keep on saying the same exact thing. "THERE'S A STANDARD SECURITY CHECK" and once it is done you will get your withdrawal. But she also said that there is "NO TIME FRAME for that security check. So what does she means? Their security check can take like a month or a year since there's no time frame so they have a reason not to pay me?

It's been 7 days now and their standard security check is not yet done? I don't know if this is just a delaying tactics or it is normal for them to do this to their customers so they won't have to pay their winnings. Does anyone here having the exact same problem with them lately? Is MYBET a SCAM SPORTSBOOK???

I have all the screenshots of my conversations with them but i don't how to post it here. I would really appreciate everyone's suggestion or help here.

Thank you so much. Godbless everyone!

I do not know about MyBet but 7 days is not an excessive amount of time for second level KYC checks. Even the biggest books like Bet365 regularly take 10-14 days if an account is not auto-approved using public record information.

Contacting them constantly whilst this is happening will do nothing good for you, and can result in them just being more suspicious and checking even more into you.

My advice is to leave them alone and give them a few more days, as an SBR agent is not going to complain to them for you over just taking 7 days for KYC. But if you do not hear back from them by the end of this weekend, send in a sportsbook complaint form and we can try reaching out to them for you then if needed still.

Hi! I already provided them all the documents they asked for KYC lastweek and they already sent me an email that my account is verified and i can benefit from faster withdrawal. It also there in my account profile that it is already verified. That's why after they verified me, i tried to make my first withdrawal but it's already a week now and they just give the same reason. It was already late for me when i saw www.mybet.com is graded only D here in SBR.

They also don't reply to my emails anymore that's why i make a follow up on live chat everytime.

Maybe, i will follow your advised and wait till the end of the week.

                Thank you for your response.
