I am on 31 days and have still not recieved my bank wire. They keep telling me to keep waiting and if it still does not show up I have to send them my bank statement. I will then have to put in for another withdrawal. We are looking at 50-60 days. I have recieved several wires from them and no problems. Something is going on. We'll from a CS point of view, we did the best we could. I'm not going to go into specifics publically. However, the decisions made by management and the grading dept in regards to wagers at times was ridicolous and I would always voice my concerns about it because I could relate with the player (I knew how I would feel).
Oh and in regards to the place been a mess, I agree completely. You can defiently take advantage of the stupid odds they post at times. I couldn't tell you the amount of times I would have to correct their soccer lines.Comment -
