Used to play Bet Builder heavily on 5D, BOL, Heritage. Limited to peanuts or had it removed altogether on all.

Looking for next book up that’ll take my plays, anyone know other books that offer it?

Youwager has it. I'm not a big fan of it personally, but they have it.

Most posts about Bet Builder have been negative about it's use before.

Youwager has bet builder but they will limit you as soon as you start winning. The max amount you can win is approximately $2500. Then they will move it down to $1000, then $100.
