i have a question about a possiblity which is very high on World Cup, Best African Team.

What if ALL Teams disqualified in the Group.

How are the Betfair Rules. Do they count the Points and Goals in the Group or they don´t and it is a dead heat?

If all teams DQ then nothing they did would count for anything, IMHO.
