Matchbook suddenly blocked my account

One month ago Matchbook blocked my account without notifying me of it.
It looked as if my account had been hacked.

After 24 hours, they replied that my account is in routine control.

After a week without an answer I sent a message to them.

After two weeks I got an email saying that MBSecurity found "unusual trading activity" in my account. I asked for an explain of what "unusual trading activity" is, but I have not received any explanation.

From MBSecurity I got only information that I can refer to disputes@matchbook.com but after 4 days they wrote down to contact MBS.

I have no idea why my account has been blocked. I did not use the welcome bonuses and any programs (only geeks toy sometimes, but it is allowed).

It looks like my account has been blocked simply because it is 500% plus in relation to deposits.
The amount on my account was not large (I managed to withdraw part of it), but I warn against paying larger amounts there.

No. Sometimes in markets where there was low liquidity, I offer offers with understated odds.

But this is what the betting exchange is, to get the best odds.
