1Xbet block my account with more than 4k$ .
    Dear All
I come from Vietnam sorry because my English is not good .I created a currency account is Vietnam Dong.At first I lost 2k $ but then I won 2k $.I make withdrawals and get into their KYC vicious circle. The KYC I have experienced:Send ID, selfie with ID.Bank statements, bank statements online.(send to Po Box in Ukraine) 1st Photo of my ID and photo of statement.(sent to Po Box in Ukraine) 2 times Ask some stupid questions on an A4 paper. Although I previously emailed and replied on their system. My documents went to their mailbox but they did not answer it,They have been quiet for a month or have not responded or have new requests.
I also got AD Optional help but they bothered a lot.

I know there are many people like me, but we need pahir to do something to get justice and warn other players.Keep away from 1xbet

    SBR just upgraded their rating.

We are all waiting for a real justification for that, because you are one of many, many, many, MANY clients they are scamming.

What about the issue you had with 1xbet back in February: https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...l#post27610571

Did you solve it and continued playing? Why did you continue playing although you already knew about the risks?

          No, that was not solved.

After much back and forward, once it become clear that 1xbet were wrong, they just stonewalled and refused to do anything to re grade the bet.

@nhailh, please send in a new sportsbook complaint form and we can try again for you with this one.

And yet SBR still gave them a rating upgrade because 1xbet is apparently willing to communicate a bit better regarding issues. Kudos for that. Again...I keep repeating myself without a response or justification.

I posted the SBR justification, pretty sure you saw it and replied to it.

And as you know, I have nothing to do with the ratings. So repeating it isn't going to get a different answer from me. I do kind of agree with the SBR logic, it was the same reason I was pushing for an upgrade up until last year. But also wonder why now, particularly after those two recent cases where they refused to address grading errors. We have a couple of new complaints in. I'm waiting to see if the normal response has changed with the rating.

I saw that post, the justification is they are "communicating" regarding complaints. Not good enough for me...I know you have nothing to do with it, But a serious justification from the people that DO have something to do with it would help. This way, it's frankly completely ridiculous and any faith I had in the SBR ratings has gone out the window because of it. I used to use an SBR link if I registered for a new bookie because I wanted to support the site...not anymore because with that upgrade they have crossed a line for me and their "justification" is complete BS.

I do not agree. The justification is fine, not complete BS. I don't agree now was the time, but the justification is a valid opinion IMHO.

We get a skewed view here as we only see people with problems posting about them. And more than 50% of the problems we see are simply people caught scamming but 1xbet are too inept to handle the situation properly, tell them nothing, insult them, drag their KYC etc. Basically give the player, who would just be told they are caught elsewhere, vague ammunition to attack and a reason to keep complaining as they are not sure if 1xbet caught them or not.

Anyway. The rating is what it is. And not like a D is going to make anyone think they must be great. So let's hope it gives some leverage to encourage them to improve if nothing else.
