Just a reminder that Sportsbook.com should be a "F" sportsbook. They still your money and they don't pay it back and anyone who sends them any funds should have their heads examined! Stay away from this "bad" sportsbook!

#2explain yourself. What exactly happened. I have been using them for years. I will agree there customer service si suspect sometimes and you can't speak to them. In fact calling or emailing isn't even worth your time its like speaking to someone in spanish when you don't speak spanish. I don't for one second believe there intention is to rip people off. They pay, not one person on the board has not been paid by them (sometimes it can take a while but not for the last 8 months) Most times I'm paid in less then 24 hours. What is your issue with them, what exactly did you do? Bang out some game past post? that will for sure get your account frozen.Comment -

#5they have paid me just fine. There customer service is terrible but I don't buy for a second they stole money from anyone. Corralated parlay situation imo is not stealing people knew what they were doing and shouldn't have done that. All honest players get paid. Again there customer service is crap but they pay me very quickly. Just my opinion if anyone cares to explain EXACTLY what happened to them that would be great. I continue to use them and get payouts daily. I have been running into a few snags this last week taking more then a day to get paid...Comment -

I had the sickest rush of my life in MLB 2007. Just couldn't lose no matter how hard I tried. I had originally been encouraged to open accounts at several brands to deposit more by credit card and avoid the deposit limits. I was not circumventing wagering limits, except on very rare occasion and generally by accident (bet one book at opening, then another later forgetting the prior action). Once the season ended I requested a large withdrawal to draw down the balance and was informed that my money had been confiscated for "having multiple accounts". Initially they promised to pay the oldest and largest account, but then soon stopped responding to emails and informed me over the phone that they were not going to pay me a penny.
I maintain faith that one day management at Sportsbook.com will see the bigger picture, do what's right, and I will receive at least a settlement of what I am owed.Comment -

Well I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. As I have always stated that IF YOU DON'T PLAY in the gray area nothing will happen to you. I once was told that I could bet in as many books as I wanted to. I bet some prop bet for max at 10 books. I WAS TOLD this was OK. The next day they shut down 9 of my accounts. They paid me out on that bet that of course won on there side. I stand by and say to everyone no matter what you are told NEVER BET OVER THE LIMIT. NEVER BET PAST POST or WRONG LINES. My opinion is if you follow this you will be fine.
I agree the book has poor customer service. Just don't f with them. I just think you have to be very careful with them and then I THINK you will be fine. I'm sorry to hear this but again to me you played in the gray area.
Ricky how exactly were you going to get you 150K out? 600 2500 dollar checks? Sorry and I hope someday you get something.Comment -

#10In retrospect, I should have been content taking one $2500 check per month for years on end. It was when I requested a larger amount that I triggered their deeply ingrained theft reflex.Comment
